We handle errands, appointments, local coordination, and tasks that would normally cost you time, stress, and misunderstandings through language barriers .
Do you offer hourly rates or one-time missions?
Yes. We offer this through our flex plan.
Can I cancel or pause my package if I leave town?
Yes. You can cancel your plan anytime.
What happens after i signup?
You will receive your personal dashboard were you can add all your tasks in.
Can i use this for my business?
Yes. Monthly is perfect for businesses, property owners, or group stays.
Can I use the service if I only speak Spanish?
Yes. While GringoGo is designed for English speakers navigating Puerto
Do you personally handle every mission?
Yes. For now, all missions are handled personally. If demand grows, we may hire additional assistants which should not effect anything for you.
What are your working hours?
We’re available from 9am to 6pm, Monday through Saturday. Any requests sent outside of these hours will be picked up first thing the next day.
